All products within your custom design collection are custom-made items produced on demand, and not available within our stock collection. Therefore, it’s important that all orders including custom design products are placed before the specified order deadline. 

There is no return or exchange rights on custom design products since custom design products are produced on the request of the individual.  

To find your correct size we recommend using our digital size guide which you will find on the respective product page of each individual product. By clicking on “What is my size?” you can fill in your body measurements and you will be recommended which size is most suitable. Read more about our digital size guide here.  

Please note that you shall receive an order confirmation per email when the order has been completed. If you don’t receive an order confirmation upon completion of the order it has not been registered and we kindly ask that you contact our support. 

You will complete your payment in the “check out” and we offer flexible payment solutions. 

The products are delivered to either your home or to a common address, depending on the choice made by the club, company, or team.

Standard Trimtex retail collection products will be delivered alongside custom products.
