These arm warmers can easily be carried in the back pocket of a cycling jersey or in a backpack when you are on a trip. The arm warmers are made of a stretchy material and have a lined inside. A silicone on the upper inside and outside makes sure they stay in place and do not slip during activity. The sleeves have reflective details for increased visibility in the dark. We recommend that you choose the same size for the arm warmers as you would for a cycling jersey. 

The sleeves have a normal fit, which means that they should sit loosely on the body and not feel restrictive in any way.
