The training vest has good stretch in the sides which makes it flexible and comfortable to wear. It is a perfect alternative when it's too warm to wear a jacket, but too cold with only a shirt. The vest is wind and water repellent, has ventilation openings on the back to provide ventilation at a slightly higher activity level, as well as being suitable for several types of activities. There is an elastic band at the bottom which makes it easy to adjust the vest with only one hand. It also has two zipper pockets, chin protection, soft lining in the collar and a storm flap that prevents the wind from penetrating through the zipper. It has reflective details for increased visibility.
