All products within your custom design collection are custom-made items produced on demand, and not available within our stock collection. Therefore, it’s important that all orders including custom design products are placed before the specified order deadline. 

There is no return or exchange rights on custom design products since custom design products are produced on the request of the individual.  

To find your correct size we recommend using our digital size guide which you will find on the respective product page of each individual product. By clicking on “What is my size?” you can fill in your body measurements and you will be recommended which size is most suitable. Read more about our digital size guide here.  

Please note that you shall receive an order confirmation per email when the order has been completed. If you don’t receive an order confirmation upon completion of the order it has not been registered and we kindly ask that you contact our support. 

You will complete your payment in the “check out” and we offer flexible payment solutions. 

The products are delivered to either your home or to a common address, depending on the choice made by the club, company, or team.

Standard Trimtex retail collection products will be delivered alongside custom products.

• Selected products may be available with possibility for individual nameprint.
• If you do not order a name print, the product will be delivered without a "name".
• Name print comes at an additional cost of 10 EUR
• Be careful to write the name as you wish and pay extra attention to the use of small and capital letters.
• It is the customer's own responsibility at all times to ensure that the desired "name print" is filled in correctly. If you discover that you have filled in the wrong "name print" before production has started - contact our customer service immediately to see if a correction is possible.
• When ordering triathlon suits: if the suit is to be used in competitions under the World Triathlon Series, you must ensure that the name print is written in capital letters in order to be approved according to current regulations. This is the customer's own responsibility.
